you cant peel the skin off fast, it has to shed in its own time like a snakes skin.

itched tattooes end up with cracks between the colour, dodgy lines, etc etc\

slap it if you have to like a mozzie bite, but dont itch it!!!
I think i have scratched it in my sleep.

cuz bits around my elbow kinda look like that, guess it dont matter tho as i am going back there soon

no, your elbow nearly ALWAYS cracks as the skin there is so tough, and it moves every second of the day...

dont worry bout it...most elbows end up not being completely solid colour..

ahh cool it has only really happened on the lower part of my tat on my elbow and inner elbow part.

rest is all good tho.

i think it has all pretty much healed it doesnt feel nearly as raised and the only places it itches are the parts where the lines arnt.

i.e where my arm hair is growing back.

this whole experaince has made me realise how itchy u girls would get.

lol

I asked a woman that the other day. The black eye is healing nicely.
did you have to ask her twice?

Oh right you mean YOUR black eye, right right.

Ah cool Charlie!

Now I understand why people end up getting more than just one tattoo!
I actually ENJOYED it! Plus the guy Caleb (from Tattoo Magic) is just the nicest bloke, put me at ease straight away, kept the conversation going through out the session and turns out he's from NZ as well hahaha. Then it was over just like that, I looked at him and I'm like, ah shit..that was quicker than I expected!
I am very happy and will be going back to him for my other two I want to get done.

blossoms on girls = favourite.

I love traditional Canadian Indian designs from the Pacific northwest coast. If anyone knows of an artist locally who does this please PM me. I have one piece that I picked up overseas and would like to find it a friend

nice, really like that.

need one, i have drawn it so many times and its allways the same. I need to jump and get it. full forearm imo.
bigger - better - bolder? arrgghh.

what if they fuck it up and add some artistic 'flourish' and i have to live with it?
i need a robot to do it tbh.

all depends on what u want done tho.

if it really detailed they may not be able to get it exact, however if it like myne which is essentially line work
they should be able to do it.

post a pic i wanna see.

SQ > they are beautiful! i think any artist who loves tribal would go a good job of them...
do you get em coloured or monochrome?

yes to bigger, bolder. always bigger than you think. unless your thinking giant smily face across your back.

and if you have a good artist, they will only add a 'flourish' that makes it work better imho.
often designs look great on paper, but then need some doctoring to wrap on skin right,
or scale needs altering to fit specific part of your body.

post a pic nic!

Got my first Tattoo last night. The Beats Working robot head with the letters BW above it in 3D style graff font.
Bloody stoked with the outcome!
I only have photo's on my phone but I'll chuck one up here over the weekend.

Nic - I had the exact same issue - ala "What if the artist balls' it up and I'm stuck with it" but I just let him do his thing and there was no issues.

If anyone is thinking about getting a tattoo, the bloke's name is Dil and the shop is called 166 Tattoo just off Bridge Rd Richmond. Can't recommend him enough. Not badly priced either.
