10.30pm - shots at the bar
11.20pm - ciggie break downstairs, philosophical discussions ensue
12.15am - dancefloor action
3.11am - get kicked out on the street
7.00am - feverishly scan camera memory for proof of what the fuck happened last night

I had some bad news happen during the week.

It's still early, see what happens, might be good for a little distraction.

It's a shame there wasn't a packed house but every single person that was in that venue went fucking nutty to Greg Packer's set. Special thanks to the multiple crews that came to wish me a happy birthday, much love felt

The sound was a bit out, something wasn't quite right with the set up but the bass was heavy and the tunes were tasty. Lots of sweet lightweight ones, peppered with a little toughness here and there. Quality.

Had the opportunity to chat with Mr Packer and he seemed awfully nice. He said he was pleased with the quality of the crowd. He could have cracked the sads cause there wasn't a full house but he didn't, I respect that 8)

Hope you had a fun birthday Miss Mixy!      :smt041

That was a fun hour (albeit sober/straight/sore)... shattered now that I wasn't there from the start :( Tunes went from here to there and back again with so many different styles... highlight; ATP's eyes light up when Michael Jackson flowed through the speakers.... and the 3 'frogs' for amusement factor at the front of the stage.

I hurt today :(

I'll be right, shenks Mal.

Was a shame about the crowd size.....BUT everyone there (as mentioned) were loving it.
Enjoyed all sets from Kallous b2b with Shikung, ATP, Tobs old skool mix and Tei's mini set, pitty about not having the 3rd deck there though. And then enjoyed Greg's nice varied set!

I hadn't really heard much of Greg Packer's stuff before the gig, so went on myspace and checked it out, seemed to be really dubby stuff. I managed to con my friend to come along to listen to said dubby dnb, and after he started his set thought it would all techy stuff. Thank god he brought it back part way through.

He played a dubstep tune he got off the website digitalsoundboy.com...it's called Drama. Massive unrelenting bassline...my body almost clicked over into "fight or flight" mode
