My take on the method you use to play out with is all what you feel comfortable using and your competence in using it. If you're no good at using Ableton/Serato/Decks, you probably won't have an audience. It's all about the user at the end of the day.

I do it and it's a load of fun. Note you can basically play anything that you like (ie dnb, dub, breaks, minimal etc.)

I'm also looking for someone to share a show on Sundays from 8-10pm, so give us a yell if interested.
